The Stop Farmers’ Market is looking for new vendors for the 2023/2024 season (beginning May/June) to sell at our year-round market!

What kind of vendors are we looking for?

  • Farm vendors (produce, meat, dairy, foraged foods)
  • Non-Farmer vendors (prepared food, beverages, etc. Please note that we are not able to accept applications from non-food/drink vendors at this time)
  • We are prioritizing vendors who grow sustainably, source food ethically and sustainably, have equitable labor practices and have a passion for sharing their food and products to our market community
  • The Stop is committed to supporting BIPOC (Black,Indigenous, and people of colour) farmers and food producers, as well as farmers and producers who identify as belonging to additional systemically minoritized communities. 

About The Stop Farmers’ Market

  • Our year-round market is open outdoors from May – October and indoors from November – April at Wychwood Barns Park (601 Christie St) every Saturday from 8 am – 1 pm.
  • Tables and tents (during the outdoor season) are available to rent each market on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We provide supportive fees for first time vendors and promotional support via our social media and newsletter for all vendors.

 

How do I apply?

  • If you are a Farm  Vendor applicant, fill this form here.
  • If you are a Non-Farm vendor applicant, fill this form here.
  • Beer/cider/spirits/wine vendors can apply in the category that best fits their business model.

Complete your application by Tuesday, February 28th, 2023 at 11:59 pm.

All successful applicants will hear back from us by end of March 2023.
