Thank you for your continuous support of The Stop. It’s tax season, and we want to make sure you have easy access to your tax receipts for both your one-time gifts and recurring donations. This year, recurring donors can conveniently download their consolidated donation receipts for 2024 directly from our Donor Portal. This improvement will allow us to provide you with your donation receipts more quickly while also helping us reduce costs.
How to Access Your Tax Receipts through the Donor Portal
Step 1: Log in to the Donor Portal. For details on how to login, click here.
Step 2: From the homepage, scroll down to Donation History and click the Receipts icon on the right →
Step 3: View your donation history by clicking the down arrow next to the relevant donation to download a PDF receipt. →
Note that one time gifts will display a single Donation date, and consolidated receipts for recurring donations will display the relevant donation period, for example, Jan 1, 2024- Dec 31, 2024″.
