The Stop's Farmers' Market

We’ve re-opened! We’re thrilled to be back at Artscape Wychwood Barns for our year-round Farmers’ Market (currently outdoors). Join us every Saturday, 8am-12:30pm.

Please read this entire page before shopping with us, as we have a few requests of all visitors to keep everyone safe.

Please do NOT shop at the market if you:

  • Are experiencing any COVID-related symptoms, such as fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, or are feeling ill in any other way
  • Have recently traveled outside of Canada (last 14 days)
  • Have had contact with a probable, or confirmed case of COVID-19
  • Are awaiting testing or test results for COVID-19

Visitor Guide

Please be patient. In compliance with Toronto Public Health protocols, vendor booths have extra space between them, and there are markings on the ground for customers to wait in line. There will be a maximum of 50 visitors allowed in the market at once, and our volunteers will keep lines moving as quickly as possible.

Mask up. Masks that cover the nose, mouth, and chin are mandatory, please bring your own or purchase one outside of the market before entering.

Sanitize. Please remember to sanitize your hands when you enter the market space. Our vendors and market volunteers are sanitizing regularly to keep the space disinfected.

Keep your distance. Always maintain a physical distance of 6 feet from shoppers and volunteers.

Follow the arrows. We have a one-way route for traffic flow through the market to prevent crowding. We’ve put arrows on the ground to help you along the way.

Be ready. Have your proof of purchase for any prepaid pickup items ready.

Choose your crew. Individual groups of a maximum size of 2 are permitted in the market space. Other members of your group will have to wait for you outside the market.

Be quick. Please keep your shopping time to no more than 20 minutes. This helps us to keep lines moving, connect others to great local food, and minimize any risk of transmission.

Service animals only. Dogs are not permitted in the market this season. Our furry friends are pretty terrible at physical distancing!

Hands to yourself. Vendors will assemble your orders, so there is no need for you to touch produce or goods unless they’re the ones you’ve purchased.
