The Deli Duel: A Smoked Meat Success!

A gloriously sunny Sunday was the perfect backdrop for our inaugural Deli Duel at the Wychwood Barns. In the battle for smoked meat supremacy, Caplansky's, Goldin's and The Stockyards prepared delectable sammies for hundreds of hungry carnivores. (Goldin's served 75 pounds of meat; The Stockyards 120; Caplansky's 135). 440 votes were cast and, while the race was extremely tight, Caplansky's eventually took top prize. Congrats to his Zane and his team!

Thanks to all the chefs and their teams, as well as Steamwhistle, who kept our thirsty guests in cold beer. An incredible $10,000 was raised for our innovative anti-hunger programs.
