Learn to Cook Italian with Chris Brown
Space Limited to 10 participants

Renowned Chef Chris Brown, former Executive Chef of acclaimed Perigee Restaurant, and now The Stop’s Food Enterprise Co-ordinator, invites you to join him for an intimate cooking class July 4th, 2009 from 10 am – 3 pm.

Your day starts at the Farmers’ Market at Artscape Wychwood Barns, where you and just 9 other guests shop with the chef. Learn from one of Toronto’s chefs how to choose the very best ingredients and overcome the fear of choosing new foods.

Then it’s off to the professional grade kitchen at The Stop’s Green Barn for a hands-on cooking lesson covering a range of skills from proper knife techniques to baking a first-class, no-fail dessert.

And finally you get to savour the fruits of your labour.
