Crosstown Kitchens’ to take place at The Stop’s Green Barn July 6th
Cross Town Kitchens is a group of chefs in Toronto who have come together to promote awareness surrounding issues that affect food in our community. Through collaboration and the exchange of ideas in dining rooms and kitchens across the city it is their goal is to raise money for The Stop, and to build a strong food community with Torontonians, farmers, markets and each other.
On July 6th they’ll hold the grand finale for their very successful dinner series in the Stop’s Green Barn. The Dinner includes a five-course prix fixe dinner that features dishes prepared by all of the members of Cross Town Kitchens, including Chris Brown previously of Perigee, now with The Stop, Bertrand Alepee and Jason Inniss of Amuse-Bouche, Craig Alley of Marben, Carlos Hernandez of Torito and Ted Corrado of C5. The front of house is being executed by Sarah Lyons of Amuse-Bouche and Veronica Laudes of Torito.
